Cheap Stuff

Have you noticed that the quality in items you buy today are not what they used to be? I have and it drives me crazy. I have an old cd player, a huge grey monster, probably 7 or 8 years old. It has little bits of paint on it from all the rooms I’ve painted while using it. I use it at my office. I haven’t replaced it at home because new one it won’t last nearly as long. It’s happened with my hair dryers. I had one for 5 years and after it broke I have had to replace the new ones about every year. I don’t want to buy another one. I like the things I pick out. I don’t want new ones. It’s a waste of my money. Why can’t things be well made? Because they break and they make more money. Money grubbing big companies make me sick!
